Although I do most of the headshots in my studio garden in Guildford. I’m always happy to travel to your home or business. You might wish me to capture you at you place of work. I really enjoyed meeting sisters Katharine and Elizabeth Corr (corrsisters.com) who are acclaimed authors of ‘The Witch’s Kiss’ and ‘The Witch’s Tears’. The sisters wanted some new profile pictures both together and individually to use on their website, social media and for publicity etc. We had a really great time and I am thrilled with the results!

I really enjoy being a professional headshot photographer Woking Surrey, Berkshire and other surrounding counties.  I was so pleased to be able to help Woking teenager Lydia with some headshots for her Spotlight portfolio. During an initial phone call on Tuesday night, Lydia explained she had a fast approaching deadline.  Could I help with a last minute shoot on Wednesday! I quickly checked my diary and shuffled a fe things about! Forward planning is good, but last minute can sometimes be accommodated too.

On arriving at Lydia’s home, first of all we had a chat about what Lydia was looking for. Then I had a scout about for some interesting backgrounds in her garden. Thankfully we had some beautiful light too! We then looked through Lydia’s wardrobe and thought about hair styles.  This thought process is important as we want to come up with a variety of different looks for the portraits. This can be from the serious, happy to thoughtful. It’s important to show how versatile you are and to allow your personality to shine through. We want to grab the attention of your viewer.

I really enjoy being a professional headshot photographer Guildford, Surrey and other surrounding counties. I was very pleased to be asked to take some headshots for local businessman Andy. He is based in Cranleigh in Surrey, which is very handy as that is where I am too. He was looking for some profile pictures for his website, LinkedIn etc. As you can see, it’s great to have a clothes change. Clients often bring several outfits. I am happy to do a video call with your prior to your shoot. We can look at what to bring. Alternatively bring quite a few clothes and we can go through them on the day. We also  switch up the backgrounds so that we end up with a wide variety to different looks to suit different purposes. Perhaps a softer background for casual clothes.

I really enjoy being a professional headshot photographer in Surrey, Berkshire and other surrounding counties. I was very pleased to be asked to take a professional headshot for local business women Klara and Mel. They set up from Marketing Lab who are based in Cranleigh in Surrey. Marketing Lab offer Marketing Support services such as digital marketing, PR and advice on blogging!  It was such fun meeting them. We really enjoyed our morning together and just look how professional and fabulous they look! The ladies blogged about the session after which included ‘Thankfully it didn’t take us long to find a photographer whose work and style appealed to us both.  What we didn’t know before we embarked on this process was that a good photographer will help you so much. They advise and guide you through what to wear and how to stand. They should ask questions that let them understand the look and feel of what you are trying to achieve with the shots and your brand. All of which was invaluable advice for us. So despite our worst fears of how the morning would go! It was really fun and we felt very relaxed all of which made for some fantastic shots, which we felt were far better at reflecting us and what we do than anything we had before.”
