Haslemere personal brand photographer
As a Haslemere personal brand photographer, I love building long term relationships with clients. Over time, it’s rewarding to help their image library grow alongside their business.
That’s exactly what happened with Emma Sue Prince, founder of 7 Skills for the Future. Emma Sue is a respected speaker, trainer and author. We first met at a networking event and from the start, enjoyed some fascinating conversations. As a result, I was delighted when she booked her first professional headshot session with me.
From headshots to personal branding photography
Initially, Emma Sue wanted a set of professional headshots. However, it soon became clear that she needed a wider range of images. Following the headshot session, she invited me to London while she was delivering training at the University of Arts in London. There, I photographed her in action as she worked with a group and shared her expertise.
Not only did these images capture her professionalism, but they also showed the energy and confidence she brings to every session. In addition, they provided valuable content for her website and marketing.
Creating a personal branding library
As Emma Sue began using the photographs, she realised she needed even more variety. Therefore, we arranged a dedicated personal branding session. This shoot was particularly enjoyable because Emma Sue brought along many of the visual and tactile tools she uses in her work. These props help her communicate ideas and engage her audiences. Because of this, they were an important part of the story we wanted to tell.
Throughout the session, we incorporated these tools naturally into the photographs. As a result, the images feel authentic and genuinely reflect how she works.
Why personal branding photography matters – Haslemere personal brand photographer
Personal branding photography is about much more than a professional headshot. Instead, it’s about showing the person behind the business. When potential clients can see how you work, they are more likely to connect with your brand. Furthermore, consistent imagery helps strengthen your presence across your website, social media and marketing materials.
For Emma Sue, this session created a valuable bank of photographs for future use. She now has images for her website, social media, speaking engagements and promotional materials.
Ultimately, that’s what great personal branding photography should achieve. It should give you a collection of images that work hard for your business and accurately reflect who you are.
As a Haslemere personal brand photographer serving Surrey, surrounding counties and London, I love helping business owners create photography that reflects their expertise and personality.
