Surrey LinkedIn Headshots: A very special catch-up

Looking for Surrey LinkedIn headshots that feel natural, relaxed and genuinely like you? That’s exactly what Wendy was looking for when she got in touch to update her headshots for her website and LinkedIn. I was so excited because Wendy was my flatmate 25 years ago, so it was such a lovely surprise to reconnect and spend the morning together.

What a day we had! We literally didn’t stop laughing. We captured a really lovely selection of images for Wendy, playing around with different poses and looks. I’m absolutely thrilled with how her pictures turned out and she’ll be able to use them across her website, LinkedIn and other social media.

Surrey LinkedIn headshots that feel like you

One of my favourite things about photographing women for their headshots is seeing how quickly they relax in front of the camera.

Nearly everyone arrives feeling a little nervous. They worry they won’t like their pictures, that they’ll look awkward or that they won’t know what to do. I completely understand that. Most of us aren’t used to standing in front of a camera! But within about five minutes, the nerves disappear. We start chatting, laughing and trying different poses. Before long, the camera almost becomes irrelevant. We’re just having fun and capturing natural expressions and different sides of their personality.

I genuinely believe headshots can be so empowering, especially for women. There’s something really lovely about seeing yourself looking confident, relaxed and like the best version of yourself. Without fail, women leave their sessions really happy with their photographs and excited to show them off.
