Nestled just outside Guildford in Surrey, this historic house offers a blend of charm and sophistication.
I have witnessed many memorable wedding there capturing the precious moments, emotions, and details through photography.
ln the summer I really enjoyed this session. I photographed the happy couple’s ceremony at Artington House and then afterwards we travelled to Barnett Hill Hotel to capture all their family and friends celebrating this perfect match.
The couple were very relaxed so it was very easy to photograph them! The Barnett Hill hotel in Wonersh has a beautiful garden, so it’s easy to find some gorgeous backdrops. We enjoyed a walk around the gardens, with a couple of glasses of champagne, of course!

Please note I specialise in small weddings only which is approximately 50 guests. Couples generally hire me for 2 to 4 hours. This might include some preparation pictures of getting ready, the service itself, and drinks after or whatever format you’re having following your ceremony.

Barnett Hill Hotel is a sought-after wedding venue, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions. The hotel’s beautiful gardens and terrace provide a stunning backdrop for wedding photographs, while the elegant function rooms can accommodate gatherings of various sizes.
This session of the fabulous Paul and Polly is a lovely example of a wedding I have photographed at Barnett Hill Hotel. They wanted some preparation pictures before the service at their home. It was so lovely being at their home where the excitement was mounting and the girls were getting ready. Then before we knew it, were were heading off to the hotel to meet the rest of the family. The service was so beautiful and intimate. All eyes were on the couple and there were lots of smiles and some tears too! After the service we took time to get some stunning pictures of the bride and groom and other combinations that were important to them. Then I left before their meal and other guests arrived. What a fabulous day!

I specialise in capturing smaller weddings. I mostly do weddings that are up to about 50 guests. My couples tend to want me for 2 to 4 hours. With session fees from £175 it’s a more affordable way to capture your special day.

This beautiful wedding had been postponed several times due to Covid! Thankfully we were full steam ahead on this day. Which was lucky as their baby was due a month later! Their wedding took place in Holy Trinity Church in the heart of historic Guilford. If you are ever shopping on the High Street, do pop in because it is absolutely beautiful! The team are so welcoming. I am sure you would enjoy a service or a look around.
During the ceremony I really enjoyed discreetly taking pictures. I popped up to the gallery to take a few too, it’s nice to use different angles. Afterwards we took some group shots in front of the church and in front of the iconic Guildhall clock. Didn’t the bride look absolutely stunning!

Are you looking for a Barnett Hill Hotel Wedding Photographer? I have been lucky enough to photograph quite a few weddings at Barnett Hill Hotel. This latest one, last the summer was a very special occasion. Two gorgeous families were being blended together, united by their parents love.
I started recording the day from the bride’s room which was filled with her immediate side of the family. Nerves and excitement were in full force!I then headed downstairs to the groom who was checking out the service preparations. I also started capturing the first few excited guests arriving.
The venue is stunning. A perfect location to celebrate a special day. With beautiful rooms inside and gorgeous gardens, it really does have everything.
The service was lovely, beautiful readings and tears all round! I then stayed on for an hour or so to capture their outdoor drinks reception. The canapés looked delicious, (I may have even sampled one at the end)!
The family wanted some more traditional shots of the bride and groom and also their new blended family. We took these in various different places around a beautiful gardens. But we took these relatively quickly so that the bride and groom could get back to their guests.
