These proud new parents were looking for a photographer for a baby photo shoot in their home in Godalming, Surrey.  They wanted to capture their newborn baby boy in the early stages of his life. They wanted to remember just how tiny he was, all those little features, so perfectly formed. It always seems like such a miracle to create a perfect little human being in just nine months! This little chap was such an angel baby. I had to tell the parents that they were extremely lucky as they are not all like this! He was so dreamy, no trouble at all, not even a little cry. The parents are doing a very good job as the little boy was clearly very content. After the parent’s viewing, they said. “Thanks for today, the pictures are amazing and I can’t wait for our order to arrive.”

My baby sessions can take place in your home or in the studio. Whichever you find most comfortable for you. This is a great example of a home baby photo shoot. Being at home allows you to be relaxed, have everything you need close to hand. In years to come it will allow you to show your baby the pictures that feature a familiar setting. On this occasion it was nice catching some of the details. For example the announcement cards, teddies, and him sleeping in his moses basket and of course cuddling on the bed.
