This was such a lovely family session including the two gorgeous dogs. Plus granny too with her lovely dog. It’s so important to include our furry friends. I have photographed so many different pets. For example cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, tortoises, horses, pigs, rabbits and chickens! I might have to draw the line at a snake though as I think I’m rather phobic.
It was a beautiful summary day when I arrived to take the pictures. The sun was shining and everyone was in great spirits. We moved around their beautiful garden capturing the family enjoying time together. We made sure that the dogs were in plenty of pictures of course.
The pond was a great focal point. Check out mummy duck with her little ducklings. They were so sweet! I’d imagine the water is a nice spot for the dogs to cool down in on a hot summers day. Thankfully there was no swimming on the shoot day though!
I have included below some examples of frames. I always do this at viewings so that it helps the family gather ideas about what to do with their portraits. Sometimes it can be quite overwhelming to see so many beautiful pictures. But I have some great software to help you choose what is right for your home and budget.
If you would like to read more about family sessions please see my information page. Or contact me to discuss further. My diary is almost full for the summer and I have limited availability for the autumn. So get in touch soon. I look forward to hearing from you.
