Actors Headshot Photographer Guildford Surrey

I really enjoy being a professional Actors Headshot Photographer Guildford Surrey. My aim is to help you reach your highest casting potential.

I tend to do the headshot sessions in the garden of my home studio. But I am happy to discuss a location of your choice. There are some interesting backgrounds and it enables us to be comfortable and relaxed. I like to work with you to produce a stand out portrait that will get any Director’s attention!

The session lasts about 2 hours, during which time you are welcome to have a clothes change if you wish. Once we feel like we’ve got the shots we need, we head into the studio to load them up on to the computer. We then look through them together on a large screen. You can then decide on your favourites and I then edit them in front of you. You have control over the level of editing/retouching you may wish to have.

The session costs £150, which includes 3 digital files ready for you to use for casting directors, agents, Spotlight, social media, websites or for printing etc. Additional files can be purchased for £35 each. Contact me for more information or see my headshot page.

I took Emma’s children’s headshots here this week which was so much fun!

Here are Emma’s thoughts on the session:

My children are professional, “jobbing” actors, as am I. Between us we’ve worked on “Casualty”, BBC Comedies “Not Going Out” and “Inside no. 9”. Major advertising campaigns and several festival films. We’ve had our photographs taken a lot for work and on set.

The children had a headshot session with Nicola and she made it totally effortless It was completely relaxed and most importantly super fun for them. She made them laugh and really captured their sparkle. In addition the expressions that sometimes only a mother is privileged to see. Harry (5) can be a monkey and Nicola had him tamed. Rosa (9) was relaxed and could be her natural sensible, sunshiny self without being self conscious. They fell so in love with Nicola and the experience that before we’d even left her driveway they were asking if they could go back the next day! Then there are the actual photos and they speak for themselves. They are by far the best photographs I have ever had. I cannot stop looking at them. It’s been two days and I am still ‘high’ because I am ecstatic with the results. My agent loves them for professional use but they are also personal and warm. I now have to buy many frames to display them around my house too! Everyone should treat themselves to a Nicola Light shoot. It will make you HAPPY!”
