Surrey Commercial Photography

I spend quite a lot of my year with family photography. However, I also really enjoy the Surrey commercial photography side of my business. I travel all over Surrey and beyond helping organisations to capture the story behind their brands.

I also do more bespoke work. For instance this unusual session for a delightful lady. Remarkably she is descended from the most decorated spy in WW2. I’d just like to add this spy was a WOMAN! It was such a complete honour to capture Odette Sansom’s wartime passions. To even be close to them, let along touch them was incredibly moving. Do read this amazing biography of her life Code Name Lise.  It’s incredible to read about her bravery and survival in the most horrific conditions.

I am definitely taking my children to The Imperial War Museum to see her possessions on display.

I had a beautiful testimonial from the family after:

“My Grandmother worked as a Special Operations Executive in France, during the Second World War. She was betrayed, captured and imprisoned in the most brutal of circumstances. During her years of incarceration, she had very few possessions to call her own. Those that she did have, and which have survived, all tell an incredible story.
